When am I charged?
At the start of each period and again each time it renews, until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings in BonusBurn and choose Manage or cancel subscription. This takes you to Link (Stripe's checkout). Access continues until your paid period ends.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Every plan renews at the same price unless you cancel before the period ends.
I signed in and my subscription is missing. What now?
Make sure you are signed in with the same BonusBurn account you subscribed with, then use Refresh subscription.
Is there a free trial?
No. A paid monthly or yearly subscription is required to use the app.
